I recently stayed here for four nights while on business, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. While the price was low by London standards, the lack of basic amenities made it far from comfortable. I regretted not opting for a better place nearby, like the Travel Lodge in Feltham. The hotel clearly needs significant improvements.
